those are the cad files I put up. They turned out well. I used aluminum diamond plate, but there are several other options for material.

I don't have any interior pictures, but could grab some if I think of it at the east coast pig run...

are you the same john that used to be on the LCML way back when with a 40?

A picture of what they look like would be a great help.

I am probably the same John on LCML with a 40. At the time of my semi active participation there, it had a 5.0L TBI. ;)

yep, that'd be you...glad to see you finally came to your senses and got a 55 :pig:

I can't open the CAD files to look, don't have the software, but a quick question: Do these take into account the holes for monting, all dorr handles, etc?

Thinking about the aluminum, or also maybe getting some good sturdy ABS plastic for these, and getting them cut.

Did you use any sort of gasket or backing bewteen the door and the new aluminum panels? Thinking one-sided foam tape or something like that, reduce any rattles, rubbing, etc.

Thanks!

no holes for mounting, yes on the arm rests and door pulls.

one sided tape would work good...if you're worried about rattles, your pig must be better than mine :pig:

I'm just a dreamer, a hopeless idealist:doh:
Howdy! You could use a bead of RTV and just let it set up and dry before you mount it. I've got to do my rear cargo panels pretty soon, as they are pretty well punch thru. Haven't decided what material to use yet, but I'm leanin towards black anodized aluminum diamond plate. John

here's a quick snapshot of the interior panels
