put a nut over that bolt and weld it on ,then heat up the housing and it should come right out .if you dont have this equipment then you will have to buy 1 but make sure its apart before you buy good luck

That one is a little different than mine. The top portion only has 2 bolts and 2 outlets instead of three like yours. Thanks anyways though. -Wes

I have this one brand new one in my stock that has a little silicone on it like someone was getting ready to use it but realized it wasn't the right one for them. It has no evidence that bolts or tools ever touched it. $50 plus the ride if you're interested.
