Hi , my pzj 70 24volt is haveing this issue..... anyone have any idea where too look first .... i dont want too pull stuff appart and end up with no wipers , and 24volt motors arent too comon here...

@ mohawk, Could be a couple of things. Could be the Wiper Motor. It could also be the wiper stalk on the column which is much cheaper than the motor. The stalk is pretty easy to replace.
The actual wiper linkage (underneath the vent between the windscreen / windshield and hood) probably needs some lubrication. While under there, you can easily disconnect the motor from the linkage to see if the motor actually operates/moves while not connected to the linkage.
I would start there.
