At KruisinKid, two pics below; is the opening next to the big harness with the blue wire going thru it the one that I want to run the tubing thru for the windshield washer pump?? Below are 2 pics; one bigger, one zoomed in:

Also, where does it go behind the firewall up towards the windshield frame???

Yes that's the spot. The single clear tube on the right in that grommet is your original tubing. Follow that. It should come up behind the glove box and then head right

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a process our rigs are, huh???

The plastic or rubber tube goes through the glove box then attaches to a steel tube that goes up through the windshield frame. Then you'll find there is a short "L" shaped elbow section of rubber tube accessible when the oval gasket the the top of the windshield frames is removed. This elbow attaches to the nozzle on one end and the tube on the other.

The metal section in the windshield frame often rusts or become clogged. I have run a wire hanger thru it to unclog it but it's just much easier to just relocate to whole affair to the hood. Remove the blank on the hood and put in a nozzle from an earlier in the hole and re-route the washer to the hood. This can be done without removing the top and folding down the windshield to unclog the metal tube. Much easier.
