Windows XP in my FJ

I finally got the PC installed in my FJ. It's designed to run GPS, MP3's, & DVD's.

I had to rip out most of the dash and remove an air duct to make it all fit.

BTW- I'll be glad to help anyone who has any questions about adding electronics to their FJ. I've installed new speakers, subwoofers, dvd player, etc.

Oh, and an idea for the ultimate desktop image, take a digital photo of the space behind where the monitor goes. That way it'll look transparent when you're using it!

man i've been thinking about doing that on my tacoma. Where is the pc mounted? What type of case for the pc? I would want dvd,gps and wireless.

The pics were OK, but if I recall correctly, it was a big laptop screen installed in a fashion similar to what you might see in a police vehicle.

I have not looked much at kits for installation, but here is a site that sells them.
