Have been looking for a thread on aftermarket window crank handles .. cannot find squat - anyone see it out there or have the part #'s and brand 1974 thanks !

luckysob, a recent updated thread showed aftermarket ones. Looked like they were Lokars. I will see if I can find thread. Or someone else will.

Thanks Bob.

Found it. Its under LilJohn, making rear door panels. If I was computer savvy I could attach but I am not. Its on page 2.

Thanks Bob.:):beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

Guess my options are limited. But those puppies are nit my flavor - this may be a big issue.. Any idea if the 40 stock handles fit the early 55's

what is wrong with yours? just want a change or are they broke?
fairly certain I have a set of stockers, can't remember if early metal or later plastic.

The ones I have avail to me looks like they stripped (all) the window regulator nipple and since i bought 4 new regulators I am against putting on the ones I have on hand - bastards may strip the regulator again...

Have a look at the inside of the crank - stripped not sure if these are correct for a Dec 73

cruisercorps.com sells repros (the later plastic ones) for a reasonable price

i'd like a stockish looking handle that has a deeper shaft. the thicker hardboard, covered with foam and vinyl put a lot of tension on my handles when i did new panels for the blue pig, so i took them off.

I'll bet you could find the same handle at a Pick&pull on a mid '70s Corolla...

but can you find a mid 70s corolla in a junkyard anymore. thanks to the emissions trade-in/crushfest that happened a few years back, most junkyards crushed everything to make room for the newer model rigs coming in left and right :frown:
