winch doesnt fit

I bought the new warn zeon winch 10000 lb model, but the control unit does not fit underneath the bumper.
I have the ARB bumper. Suggestions? I need to figure this out quickly, in my haste to get it installed we took off the bumper, and I want to figure which model works so I can swap it out quickly.
