I geussI really haven't update dstuff in awhile. nothing earth shattering i keep tinkering and trying to make it better and more refined. spent all summer workin on installing an onboard air system. I mounted the tank int he space behind the gas tank but in front on the rear bumper. thought about and design a skid plate to go over it. but i think I am going to move it to under the body in front of the rear axle. seems like a big enough space and will be completely out of the way.
next pic is on an auxiliary rack I am building should have it assembled in the next day or so. I cut the basket part off of my rack on the lv in toat I wanted the option of mounting my tent up there which I did last year and it worked great. I highly recommend cutting the basket part off every rack. anyway my rack is not a full roof rack in that I think it was designed for an fj40 but hte price was right when I got it. so I used the top of the basket to make a secondary rack to fit behind the main rack that will hold my 2 dual jerry can holders and be able to fit a cooler in between. this rack isn't as necessary when towing the trainer with the tent on it and the space the trailer has but when the tent is on the roof rack it will be nice to move some stuff up there. agian it finished and mounted will tell a better story.
and last this pic is just after I painted the trailer toyota river blue to match the blue of the lv. they look pretty hot going down the road.
again will get some pics next week end when I am all loaded up . so much stuff yet to finish up before the Fall Gathering.
