I have an unused set of Whiteline steering rack bushings for sale. I purchased them about 5 months ago but decided to replace the entire steering rack instead and that came with OEM bushings so I no longer have a need for these. The bag has been opened because I took a look at all the bushings, but they were immediately packaged back up and have set on my shelf since purchasing. It does include the little package of bushing grease. Part #W13210 from Whiteline. $40 + free shipping to the US or local pickup around the central Arkansas area.

I'm curious, where did you get the replacement rack? I'd like to replace my bushings but it may be better to go the same route as you did.
