bumping an old thread. Has anyone recently gotten in contact with Canal rubber? If so, do you have an email? I am having a difficult time with them not responding or answering the phone.

I used their contact form on their website to ask about availability of gray colored pyramid mat and they responded to my included email within a couple of days (negative on gray colored mat BTW). That was pre-Covid however.

I used the one from Canal rubber, it worked great, I haven't tried the one from Amazon

It looks like Amazon has it, i have never seen that Pyramid matting so not sure what it is like.
I just called Canal Rubber, they are currently out of the white Pyramid matting but will be getting more soonish.

It also comes in other larger sizes if needed. but I found the 2' x 3' to be more than enough for the longer side steps.
