I got a bunch of goodies from Waytek or Mouser (?) to make it a single 8 pin connector per switch. I haven't gotten around to wiring it yet. I'll post when I do.

I hit like for the missile switch master switch, not so much for the spaghetti underneath

It's a minimum 4-5 wires depending on your winch controller, more if you want the switch's to light up when you have you head light on and or when the switch's are powered up. I have both.
Older winch's 4 wire newer 5 wire
