Where to get O2 sensor bung?

They are not Stainless, however the studs and nuts are genuine Toyota parts. If we did stainless most people would have an issue with trying to weld them on. It is normally not the bung part that corrodes, but the studs. With a new gasket and some anti-corrosion put between the gasket and the O 2 sensor bung it should be good. As far as I could determine the factory ones were not stainless either.

does that one have a radius on the bottom? does not appear to be so.

$15 Solution from Bear River Converters in SLC

I know this thread is old but I found this and ordered one for a custom exhaust I'm planning.

It's from Bear River Converters in Salt Lake City. I almost ordered the one from Slee but when I found this for $15.00 delivered, I had to change my mind. Too simple of a part to pay $35.00 + Shipping. They accept PayPal for payment. I'll update once I actually do the exhaust system. Probably months away from doing it but gathering parts along the way.

Link takes you to an online catalog. Go to page 3 to see the part.

The NTK units come with a bung adaptor. Usually if you cut the top of the stud flush before trying to remove the nut then take a grinder and remove a couple of threads off the top the rest of the threads will be good still, also the heat of cutting and grinding will help swell the nut, a little penetrating oil, viola. then you can slap one of these on.
