I was in Kosciusko yesterday and ate at the country kitchen for both meals. Pretty good.

The Neon Pig guys opened KOK on Main St in Tupelo

I've eaten at the Neon Pig a few times. Excellent and I think they have a franchiseable concept. I could easily see that being marketable in college towns and higher end shopping centers.
