It's worth mentioning that we had some seriously yum sushi last night at a place called cosmos with the tollesons. Probably the best sushi I have had in a Long time. If you're in the area you have to.

In fairhope at master Joe's. Sushi was amazing. Not usually one for a cooked roll but this was amazing. Called the Russian revolution (right). It was tempura shrimp with jalapeño, in a roll, topped with cream cheese and spicy sauce baked just until the cheese melts.

On the left, the black pearl. Shrimp, crab, tuna, jalepenos, and avocado with black sesame seeds topped with spicy sauce and green onions.
