Where hooks the glow controller into the harness?

I saw resistance for the glow plugs but couldn't find resistance for the controller.

Without having the actual part, here's my back of the envelope calculation:

Glow plug is supposedly 8.5V and 10A. That means the voltage drop across the controller in a 12V system is 12 - 8.5 = 3.5V. There are 4 glow plugs, so total current is 10A x 4 = 40A, which equates to the current flowing through the controller.

R = V / I = 3.5V / 40A = .0875 ohm.

After re-reading post #38, I realized you had energy saving glow plugs, and that regular glow plugs should draw 10 amps each. Thus I updated the numbers above and came to a resistance value of around .09 ohm at the controller.
