Where Did You Put Your ARB CKMTA12 (Air Compressor)?

I've already bought a Slee's bracket (for a single compressor) to mount it in the engine bay but still undecided after reading that it is better to stay away from heat.

If it helps you, I’ve had every arb compressor I’ve owned (2 duals, 3 singles) mounted under the hood and have not had one die. One of those 80’s is aired down and aired up on average 4 times per month for the last 2 years. And driven through all the conditions.

Compressors are loud, last place I ever want it is inside the cab. I used the Slee mount and put it in the engine bay, combined with the Delta washer relocation kit.

When I’m airing up tires I’m out side so nose is not a concern
Sure it works in the engine bay but there way more efficient in a cooler environment.

Thanks for the peace of mind man. I'll probably just send it then. Planning on using the rear PS quarter for something else and not having a tank either.
