I've owned a bunch of jeeps. My favorite was an 84 cj-7. The most reliable I had was a 92 cherokee with a straight six five speed. NEVER let me down and I beat the $hit out of it. I still see it tooling around town.
My least favorite was a 77 levi edition. Full time v-8. ALWAYS let me down (except for catching tail; very good for that).
The land cruiser is overbuilt for almost 95% of the general poser populous anyway (so are jeeps for that matter).

...kinda funny how the black scuff/dent on the bed lined up perfectly to those super safety black plastic bumper end caps that revolutionized the Cherokee!
