Like - what oem parts or systems aren't working any more? For me its mostly electrical.

The switch to turn on the dome light in the hatch door.

My high beam switch. I can 'flash' but not use my high beams without holding the stalk back.

My 'D' AT light on my dash

My cruise control speed sensor only works after about 30 minutes of driving.

My trip meter in the speedo cluster. From time to time the speedo will randomly jump around. Pwr and d light. My a/c sprung a leak in the coils under the dash,i replaced it but haven't recharged the system to be sure it's fixed... abs stopped working so I yanked it out.

I don’t have any issues on either 92. My 93 is just worn out. The motor needs to be rebuilt. 347k. She’s just tired. So she’s sluggish as hell. Everything works on her though. Including the D light!

Similar to @dannyp my speedo is finicky. It doesn’t move sometimes then jumps up to whatever speed I’m going. The trip meter won’t reset with one push. Takes a couple.

developed a leak(oil) on front of engine. have the o ring just havent torn it all apart as of yet. not looking forward to removing crank pulley.

-P light is out, D is going strong.
-Cruise control is intermittent. When it works you can only cancel it with the stalk, if you hit the brakes it quits all together
-trans likes to get hung up in 3rd, I need to pull the solenoids.
-map light doesn't work
-rear dome light doesn't work
-passenger door lock button is bad
-leaks and burns about 1.5 quarts per 1000 miles. She's getting tired at almost 300k hard miles.
-some jerk keeps running it into giant rocks.

-reverse doesn't click on shifter and you have to hold it just right for the lights
-cruise control randomly stops working
-wiring harness shorts when bundled behind engine
-tcase lock light always on
-power steering leaks
-burns 1 quart every 500miles
- every light on the instrument cluster come on when I roll up the two front windows at the same time
- water leaks
-winshield
-sunroof
-rear hatch
-both sliding windows

rear window defroster, sometimes the driver mirror wont move and when its really cold here in Georgia the rear wiper arm wont move. D light out ,antenna of course switches or bulbs in over head dome lights and door lights. that's it

In my 95 the trip odometer doesn't work and it burns/leaks about a quart every 2500mi. It also doesn't like to turn over if it's <30f out, I need to rebuild the starter solenoid.

In our 93 the D light is out, the dash light behind the fuel gauge/voltage gauge is intermittent, the ac compressor is completely disconnected electrically and has no belt, the rear sliding windows leak, the trans has a slight hiccup/slip in between 2nd and 3rd, most of the cabin and courtesy lights are out, the windshield sprayers are out, it has a steady oil leak at the front main seal

Sunroof leaks (at least it did profusely until I cleaned drains, still haven't gone through a carwash to check again)
D light doesn't work
No lights for climate controls
Cruise light come on but doesn't cruise (have gone through troubleshoot procedure and says it SHOULD be working)
Trip odometer JUST stopped working (gets hung at xx6.x sometimes)
O2 sensor(s)
Leaky front axle outer joints
Power/torque button got stuck in off position
A/C
If headlights are on and brake is off, left turn signal activates the hazard relay (i think??) under shifter console
When brake pedal is depressed, left turn signal indicators as faint glow

You do know that your brights latch on by pushing the stalk forward, right? The pull-back feature is intentionally momentary for flashing.:meh:

My "D" light doesn't work on either 80, and I'm glad it's out - I like dim dash lights for driving at night.

My 96 has a rough idle that I've not looked in to. No solid suspects in mind yet. 160k with fresh-ish HG and many other parts.

The 96 muffler is falling apart internally, and the rattle is very, very obnoxious. Home-brew exhaust likely coming soon.

The 96 also has a twisted sector shaft that I need to upgrade with 105 ($$$) parts...

My 94 has a bit of a transmission flare when getting back on the throttle after a turn. It does have 303k on it though, so...o_O

The 94 will probably get new exhaust near the time that the 96 does, because, well, 303k.

The 94 has a leak in either the windshield or a sunroof drain. Driver side A-pillar gets wet. Haven't investigated, but I'm hoping it's the sunroof because the windshield was replaced "properly" about a year ago.

The 94 is ugly. Someone should fix that.

Lol yes. You can push it forward and there is no change. I have driven other automobiles in my life so this was a familiar notion

Overall anything and everything is minor and I know the potential fix.

The '92 is in surprisingly good shape at 218k. Window tracks, linkage bushings and u-joints are worn but that's to be expected. As far as broken stuff...

Mirror motors activate but the glass doesn't move.

Coolant leak somewhere.

Plastic cover around the steering column is long gone.

The fuel pump just went out.

Everything else still works, including the door locks and "D" light...

It’s not that big of a deal to remove the crank pulley. I’d gladly do it again instead of changing the fuel filter or PHH.

Pro tip: watch the Texas Know How video. And remove the radiator completely. Gives you more room and you don’t have to worry about damaging a new radiator.

I just purchased my 10th clamshell for around the steering column! :bang:

Here's my list of quirks:

1 hood cable needs replacing
2 parking cable is too long for my liking but everyone has this issue
3 Passenger window up switch does not work on drivers module, need a new one
4 rear hatch shocks are saggy when cold
5 rear heater lines leak, need replacement.
6 mpg<Spg

^ it turns on in any weather and I can over many things (l)
