Starting to SLOWLY put my 1967 FJ45 frame off back together. I've got most stuff labeled, but not this part. Any ideas???

It's got axles from a 1979 FJ55 under it. Maybe a bracket for the brake lines?
45 pickup? Doesn’t look familiar ? Exhaust hanger?

That's what I thought possibly... According to the exahust diagrams I've found they just came with a ring and mount for the muffler to the frame and a hanger off the rear of the frame by the spring hanger for the tail pipe. I've accounted for both of these unless I am missing something?
it looks like the rear soft brake line to hard line chassis bracket.

That’s exactly what it is!
I would test fit the brake line collar in the hole while it’s all out and accessible to be sure it fits after powder coating. Those usually have a little wiggle room but I can’t tell you how many times powder coating has prevented a bolt from fitting in its original place for me.
