Trail spares, if they're at least still usable. Something worn is far better than something broken when you're a long way from home.

Cv’s are of unknown origin and in rough shape. So just thrash then. Thanks.

e any noise during a turn with the boot all torn apart there is a good chance it is a Toyota. I have rebuilt several Toyota CV's and they are almost indestructible even running out of grease. The rack, if you are into tinkering you could reseal it and sell it or donate it to someone who could use it.
 
If the weight really is that different, then they are oem CV’s, but the boots had been torn for a couple years.

Anyone want the rack or CV’s? I’m in N TX.
