Found this on the floor under the driver seat in my recently purchased 71 FJ40. Any ideas as to what it is?

Those might go inside the seat slider rail.

If you're lucky, that steel roller is flopping around down there too, although you could replicate it from a hunk of appropriate bar stock or bolt shank.
