Mine is, but then mine's RHD. Isn't that the bracket for the bottle right there by his hand though?

ours did not come with a bottle

This bracket. Mine took a standard cheapo bottle from ebay, and the pump plugged straight in.

+1. That's where my washer fluid reservoir goes in my '76 (9/75 manufacture month). And that's what the plug looks like.

Also you can check the wiring colors on the plug, and then look at the wiring diagram. This is the windshield washer pump connector
