What is this mileage number ?

So I had my 1st maintenance done at 4875 miles and am due for the 10k in 810 miles. What the heck is the 5357 number?

It’s not the trip and my next service is at 10k - in 810 miles. I’m talking about the number next to the wrench.

When you reset the service.. that is the interval in mileage it will add to your current for your next service warning. So if it's 6k then you have about 700 mile pre-warning to get it serviced. You can change that amount in your menu.

Like A10Driver said ... it is the service interval or Miles to next service.

so can you tell me how to change it? I cant find it in any of the books. I have only 810 miles until my 10K service not he 5357. I have notifications in the Maintenance menu to off. Weird that I think I just started seeing this - I think.....

okay, so I double checked and there is no way that I can find to get it to read correctly - 810 miles to oil change. I reset it and it went to 9999 miles. Guess im stupid - dont understand why its telling me 5357 miles until oil change is due when its really 810. tks

You should not change it until you perform the service, and you do not need to wait until exactly 10k miles.
It is never going to say 810 to oil change.. it is gong to say "Maintenance required soon" and then I think Maintenance required now.

To change it you use the buttons on the steering wheel and go to the settings menu .. then down to service option. The reset it once the service is completed. You can also change the interval in the same area.

Got. Just figured it out - I think. Tks. I think what was happening is bc I got an oil change at 5k they reset it. And now that I’m getting close to the 10k service, the maintenance warning is showing and am now just noticing the othe 5k countdown. I’m guessing when it gets reset, it’s a 10k countdown.

Yes, it’s a 10k mile countdown. Toyota 5.7L oil change interval is 10K.
