Hi all , the car is a HZJ 78 , 2004 , with a 1HD-T engine , all works very well .
but I have this wire that has broke off , and consequently has compromised the working of the funny valve .
I have NO idea what this valve does ??
any idea ?
thanks for any help from

the experts .

don't think so , engine is shutting off well .
engine shut off is made via a solenoid on the Injector pump .
I believe it has to do with compensation ,due to the tubes that come and go .
but don't know in detail .
thats why I am asking ..

Does it increase the idle when the aircon is turned on? Or power steering?

Looks like the VSV harness. Or looks the one on my 12HT anyhow. Controls engine shutoff.

They did away with that on the 1HZ 1HD T. They have a 12v solenoid that shuts the fuel off.

The 60 and 7* series have the vacuum solenoids on the left hand side of the engine bay. Looks like the 80 series have it right next to the inj pump

I don't have any wireing diagram from the car .
BUT it is a stock 1HD-T engine .
It seams like some thing related to the shut off of the engine , but the car starts and stop with out any problem. Despite a wire is broker .
Strange?
