what is this boat worth

what would you pay for this boat

1988 mastercraft tristar 190 approx 660 hours. 351 ford

he is asking around $7000 Canadian .trailer looks beat .some scratches on the side from loading and unloading and a small rub through the gelcoat on the front bottom from beaching it .

it has also been sitting for 2 years. he said he did do a tuneup
