What is this? Block under my dash near pedals.

Anyone know what this is supposed to be? I was poking around my rig trying to diagnose a brake light issue and came across this.

Looks like all the wires are cut off on it??? So I have no clue. Could it be the old head light relay?
Steering column is on right and clutch master is far upper right.

No clue. When asking for help year and market are helpful 40 or 55 could make a difference

I believe those are auto circuit breakers. Maybe previous owners was running something and it was removed ?

Non-metric nuts confirmed it non oem (and the 15&30amp writing on the top). Only 4 ugly holes left by the evil sheet metal screws.

Fixed. Clear coat on the cut surfaces and rubber grommets on the holes.
