The old 900 driving lights have been discontinued in favor of the 901. Any info on why or what changed/improved? The newer 901s carry at $30 price premium.

Okay, since no one here replied I will update with the answer I got.
I was told that the 901s have an improved gore-tex breather and the bulbs supplied are 100 watt H9s instead of the 65 watt ones in the 900s.

Late to the thread but I can say I have been happy with my older 900's. They throw a good beam pattern for HWY driving. Mine are both driving beams. Offroad I cold use a little wider pattern.
