I would HIGHLY recommend a personal inspection or at a minimum, detailed photos.

Can any of these rust areas be delayed or kept at bay with products like Waxoyl or POR-15? Not a cure but buying for a good amount of time?
I'd think window frame areas might be bad news with rot hiding under rubber seals.
