No more fender flares. I think I got lucky over all. They only put adhesive on the passenger side door piece. So I still need to clean that up. Couple small spots that will need touch up paint. I will wax this weekend and see where that leaves me.

Does the residue come off all the way to give it clean look? I'd like to see pictures after the clean up.

I removed my fake wood trim with the help of a hair dryer and goo gone. The surface underneath was a little faded but a few applications of Mothers Back to Black fixed it right up.

FINALLY got around to installing my Yellow Box speedometer calibrator - now my speedo matches my actual (GPS verified) speed.

Took mine off and cleaned like crazy. A yellow clay bar took of the thin line when nothing else worked. Had to rub for a long time though.

Finally removed the WAAG brush guard and plasti-dipped the chipped grill.
Anyone interested in a brush guard?hehe

So I bought the Pioneer AppRadio4 the week it came out and its been sitting in my office for months now LOL. Dropped off the truck with a friend who recently closed his car audio shop and he had it in, new aftermarket amp to replace an old a/d/s that was on its last leg and relocated my locker switches to the overhead area in about 3 hours. Why did I wait this long???

A little blurry, like my eyes this late at night...

Experimenting with the switch location. I've got a 6-switch panel and new switches for these and my lightbar at as well as the fridge if this works out.

Replaced the tired door speakers with some JBL units, and while I was in there I took off the stupid fabric covers on the speaker grills. I went to home depot and got the camo Khaki spray paint. Little light, but with all the different shades of tan in my truck I am very pleased. Much improved!

Brought her home from 3 hrs away on Friday. Spent today and yesterday to get to know her a bit better and drive around a little locally. Installed car seat. Applied some leather conditioner. So happy to find it has cabin filter slot behind the glove box, I have major allergy in the spring, so hopefully a filter will help. Going to order some cabin filters tonight.

Also going to order some LEDs for interior lights. Fixed/adjust the rear wiper and replaced the wiper blades.

So many things to do...

Not sure what to do with this...looks like some clear coat may be coming up where the rubber foot of the OEM roof rack met the roof line above the driver door. Thought maybe it was a build up of residue, but looking more like clear coat separation. Wondering if maybe there was some touch up at some point and maybe it was taped off before being sprayed with paint/clear coat.

Nothing a Front Runner rack won't hide!

Replaced my cabin air filter, removed a K&N and replaced it with OEM, performed the ahc fluid replacement procedure. Bought a 30mm socket.

I replaced most of the fuses in the kickbox and under the hood. If anyone can suggest an exhaustive list of the relays I need to purchase, I'd be most grateful. Then I replaced the auxiliary battery connectors with Raptors. With the gracious help of Rusty_tlc, I used 10-gauge stranded wire, a blade type inline fuse and ran a power line for a Yaesu FT-8800.

Then it rained and I cued up some rock'n'roll and watched my LC get a free bath.

Got any pictures of the Raptors @El Cid ?

How do you like them? I almost went with them on my HU install.

I've been wanting to do this for quite some time now but with different switches. Unfortunately, instead of the sunglass holder, i have a non-functional "lexus link" in that location. I've been trying to source either just the sunglass holder (which i don't think is possible) or an entire unit with homelink.

Have you approached a Lexus dealer regarding having the defunct Lexus link removed and replaced with the sunglasses holder? Lexus did mine at no charge, albeit a few years ago, but there may be some free kits still available in the Lexus inventory.

Did you install it yet? I'm dangerously close to taking the ham test and I'm looking for low profile mounting ideas.

I've installed the antenna and the power line. I'm mounting the base unit in the location where the subwoofer existed previously. Barring any mishaps, it should go in Friday. I'll get my license next, but would be glad to help you with your install...definitely a foreign territory sort of thing.

I was glad I went with them, makes all my connections to the auxiliary battery easier. I think I may have a spare pair of raptor connectors, do you want them..?

Also may have an extra Firestik II antenna if anyone is interested..

I'm copying the install of another mud member..see the attached. I have gotten most of the wiring completed, but now I need a person that can fab up some metal and connect the plate I've purchased to the old sub location. The design will work perfectly, (for me), and the final steps happen Friday.
