What bulb to use

I have an Ironman Deluxe bumper on my 80 and I want to upgrade the fogs to LED bulbs or HID.

What bulb size will fit?

Just did this. The Ironman comes with standard 4" driving lights. I put in some 3.5" Rugged Trail 18 watt LEDs. I literally hooked them up last night so no test time yet.
