What brake booster is this? & how do I tell a TRD rear from a Fj80 E locker?

damnit! well... he did say he wanted ARB's... maybe I will keep it? I have no use for it though... I don't have anything that hard core that I need it...

This isn't true- if it's a limited Zoolander edition, it can't turn left.

Do you have the Zoolander edition?

I thought I did at 1st, but it turns out I was looking at it up-side-down :flipoff2:

wwwhhhoooo head rush....

Ah. Pesky orientation issues. say no more squire!

OMFG... this is hilarious.

Hilux, I think you figured it out, but if that photo is the diff you're talking about, yup that's an FZJ80 hi-pinion diff. You need to find to idiot that cut the connector off the harness on the actuator and slap him silly.

NO the castings are not the same, they are mirror images of each other, even down to the bolt pattern.

Dude got it for a 50, IIRC...

Said the guy bought it fer a Tacoma... Or took it off a Tacoma or some chit...

He gave it to me b/c I did some work on his Cruiser... You wouldn't believe the asshats here... starting with 4WheelParts! :ban: USD shocks, no panhard correction... The axle was jacked to one side, pulled the shock out, that was held in with washer! Stripped bolts on the shock brackets...

"uhh, we're sorry... We don't have a lot of experience with Toyota's. Most of out experience is with Jeeps and Fords..." Come the F on!

He had brake problems on the rear when I got it one time... Got to messing with it, pulling it up and stopping...

A bolt had come out of the caliper and was grinding against the alum rim... Dude was close to death... Fj80 with 4" lift w/ 35's... That's a lockup letting off the brake won't fix... And 1 left front tire locking up on a 4" lift, AWD, 35 shod truck?

A-Mazing!

THAT'S what had me going back and fourth!
