What are these tires?

I'm trying to identify these tires. Are these Dunlops? Thanks.

Kinda look like Toyo M55s? Maybe some sort of military tire?

I had 2 of those. Mine were JDM with Japanese characters on them. Never had the characters translated. They were junk on wet roads. I never had the nerve to try them in snow. Probably would have been worse. They are 7.50 R16 bias 8 ply though. Hard as hell and probably good for 70k miles.
