Wanted Western WA - looking for a 40

Like the title says, I’m in western WA and I’m looking for a 40. Never have owned one and never drove one either. I’m looking for something that is rust(rot) free. Patina is fine, preferred really just don’t want to patch holes or do body work. I’m a pretty good mechanical person. I’m ok if it needs drivetrain or suspension work. I like the stock look and ride height. Not looking to spend more than $18k. Would rather stay local to the PNW. Thanks everyone!

I tried to buy this one in 2017 but it fell through when they discovered some engine work was needed. Might email them to see where it is now. It was in a Seattle suburb. For Sale - 73

Do you mean overpriced in general or in this thread? I’m new to cruisers so I don’t really know any cruiser guys I could trust.
 
I have learned a ton posting potential FJ40s on this site before I go look. Guys have pointed out things I NEVER would have noticed...both mechanically and $$. I don’t think it’s inappropriate to do (not in classifieds but the other 40 forum) and a lot of people willing to help. Just know if you find a good one, someone might swoop in and grab it!
