Weight rating for H3 D rings?

Nope, but if they're built like the rest of the truck, not real beefy. More of a fashion accessory, not much metal there. Only my opinion. 
Would only hold one or two Village People at the most.
Looks like the guys on the hummer forums don't even know. I'd assume MBS based on double shear of the bolt and go from there. Does the bolt have standard SAE or DIN markings?
