Sounds like a good news bad news scenerio. You were planning on replacing it any way and you have the parts for the coolant leak. The shaft and pinion leak suck though. But atleast you figured out drive line prob. If you get the new shaft you will have a trail spare in the old one.
Any chance you will have it done for the weekend? You could join the late comers caravan into EV.
 
Yeah--I'm lucky on the PHH. Could be a headgasket.

It's doubtful I'll get this thing back together for this weekend. Think I could wheel in 2WD with a locked rear? :rolleyes:

I still have to isolate the clunk--not sure if it's pinion or t-case.
