Don't know if this is a decent price, but I haven't seen these in any of the surplus stores in my area in a long time. I bought a couple of them years ago for around 20 bucks. Just passin info. Catalog is The Sportsman's Guide.

I bought one at the local army surplus store for 35-30 bucks. I also picked up the zippered insulated cover. this thing kept the 5 gallons cold for 3 full days before it starting getting luke warm.

I have bought mine from the local army surplus store. They usually run around $20 used.

2 Manufacturers made/make those cans for the US military:

Scepter Canada (the original contract)

and Skilcraft

both are equally indestructible. If you can find them Scepter also makes blue molded ones. Either is a good quality gear buy.

Luckily I'm no longer wrestling with what kind of water storage ideas to rig up. I just got a FlexiTank for the quarter panel when they were on clearance at MAF. Now I'll permanently have 5 Gallons on tap and it won't take up any space!
