Wanted: 1633158010 BJ 3b Thermostat housing /w cap

I'm looking for part 1633158010 Outlet, water. That's the upper part of the thermostat housing for the 3b in BJ7, with the filler cap on it.

Of course discontinued.
Mine is badly corroded on the bayonet catch for the cap. I had to put an extra thick gasket under the cap, which I cut from a bicycle tube. It's seal ever since (5 years now), but I don't dare opening it .

Anybody a lead on a source or a good used one?
Anybody an idea on whether this can be repaired, e.g by adding material by tig welding?

Toyota have totally ditched BJ owners once again by stopping production of all three left-facing thermostat housings.

Interested to know TIG welding would work, as there are plenty of right-facing housings still in production.

Still on the hunt for 16331-58010 BJ 3b water outlet / Thermastat housing/w cap for my BJ73.
Any lead on the part or anybody ditching his 3B highly appreciated.
