But my rig is uglish.....for black wheels anyway. I think black looks good on the white, black dark green...but how would they look on this???

I think it would look great if you powder coat them matte black and leave the bulky center caps off.
I have had good luck with Duplicolor wheel paint. Following the directions and good prep gets pretty good results.

Went the cheap route.....10.00 in supplies....

I could not believe how well it turned out...the first wheel I spent a lot of time sanding...by the second I thought WTH...sanded for 5-10 sprayed and it looked as good as the first.
I like the look and with paint the rims when/if the dip starts to drip.

Remove all the cladding and the LC will have a different attitude.
Will that leave a bunch of holes in the car?? How is cladding attached?? Is the vehcicle painted underneath..or just plastdip it??

Did you use the duplicolor paint for this (what color?)? Looks really nice.
Also, maybe a dumb question, but did you remove the tire from the wheel to spray or just tape it off?
