Nope, 76-78 Cal spec is the goofy one with the thermal reactor [pre-catalytic converter] INSIDE the exhaust manifold. REALLY BAD IDEA.

I think I have one left with a crack on one corner about 1" long. All the rest of the guys have signed on for a 50 state smog legal header.
