Thanks!
Well, I just took a bunch of photos and I'll be able to upload them in the a.m. In the meantime, how about a teaser?;) A couple of photos from the fellow Mud friend I bought the vehicle from. Part of the 110 photo power point presentation he sent me about the rig.

Hey William. Us Ocean Staters have our own thread. :)

another CT guy

and now that everyone in CT is reading this thread - i'm looking for a 73-79 frame (i think those are the years) that won't need a lot of work.. just a blasting and painting..

just thought i would throw it out there.

I know it's and old thread but I couldn't resist.
I'm near Danbury, 1978FJ40 (the lawncruiser, cuz that's the only place it's been since I've owned it) Only had it since October, oh yah new to mud:flipoff2:(man that's fun). I'm really glad I found this forum it's really useful.

I'm in Danbury at least once a month, stay at the Holiday inn.

Welcome
Thanks for the warm welcome, I work 100yds from the Holiday Inn, I look for your cuiser in the lot. It's great know there are cruiser heads in the the area, once it's road worthy I look forward to some trail rides. I still can't believe how fast I became totally obsessed with this thing, I haven't had a project car since high school and forgot how much fun it was.

I think there are only 3 of us in RI :( but it is good to see all the CT. cruiser heads pop up. anyone seen a 78' fj40 with a family cage on an ome lift? it was green I sold it to a kid in ct 6 years ago it had allumium diamond plate on the tub but really needed a new tub.
cruiser content I had Spence trim my rear quarter panels on my fj62 he did a awesome job. his welding skillz are great and he is very fair. and builds stuff right and sturdy.

is RI a state?:flipoff2:
