You have to ask your self why did the fuse blow? Common reason is the VGRS flat ribbon cable is shorting out to ground.Had the same issue. I just changed the fuse and everything works. All lights are now off
I just pulled the same codes after finally getting Techstream to work on my computer. After some searching it looks like others have reported the same issue and fixing it by replacing the center diff lock sensor. Read through this thread and the two that are linked in it to find the Beck Arnley aftermarket replacement:Hey everyone, I changed the bulbs in my cluster (only bottom 4 in a row able to change) after putting it all back together, I got the VSC/TRAc light on. Cheching the Techstream got a code - C1340 “Open circuit in center differential lock signal (during center differential lock ON).

Ok, so I ended up going back to tho original bulbs and problem solved.
