visible oil??

I'm looking at the top of the running engine with the cylinder head cover off. IF I have oil pressure and everything is working, where should I be seeing oil being pumped to the top of the engine?

dribbling out the holes on the rocker arms and running down to the valve stem.

Most folks would call that the valve cover.
