I have searched high and low, downloaded all sorts of instructions and printouts, used jumper wires on OBD, used Techstream, etc. but cannot get my VGRS and ZPC done.
2016 Land Cruiser

I was rewrapping the leather on the steering wheel and snagged the cable to the clock spring. Therefore, I've replaced the clock spring but lost VGRS. Steering wheel is just about perfect, needs minor adjustment once I can get the ZPC and VGRS reset. Everything works, drives fine, steering wheel controls work as expected.

The question is, does anyone have the definitive Toyota instructions for performing all of the VGRS / ZPC / Steering Center Adjustments?
I have pieces from earlier models, Lexus, etc. but none align perfectly.

My Techstream gets blocked by the codes stored, but they won't clear, or get cleared but reappear during the reset/cal process.
Certain DTCs will not allow Techstream to perform the tasks.

I have the reset where you jump from battery leads to the VGRS ECU V13 connector, but those instructions have a different V13 than me (prior years I suspect).
My pinout and actual connector do not match the diagram, so jumping LGND and MV on V13 (terminal 3 and terminal 10 respectively) isn't possible with the pinout shown.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks, yes. I think my problem is that the codes won't clear, with my scan tools and with Techstream. And when I get lucky enough to clear, they immediately trip during the recalibration process. Almost like there's a trick for the ECU to not trip on the missing calibration from installing the new clock spring (and having the battery disconnected for a few days, or both). It looks and sees there's no calibration and puts the code back out there, which then errors out the recal.

I completely removed the VGRS ECU for almost a full day, hoping by not picking up any residual voltage it would reset...no dice. I think it needs the same reset as I found with the LX470/100 Series (applying + and - from battery to certain pins), but like I mentioned, the pinouts don't match for the 200 Series. I really don't want to fry it by guessing; and there'd be a million combinations to try with the various connectors (4) going into the ECU.
