Value of non-running FJ62

Been lurking for a while. My son's FJ62 was running and then sat for about a year and know won't start. It turns over, but no fuel. Fuel pump will work with direct power (even with direct power car won't start), but not through ignition. Worked on it for a couple days and I am done with it. What do you think it would be worth? All stock, with rust around windshield and A pillar, couple other spots here and there. Has 240,000 miles and needs tires. I hate these types of questions on forums, but I am just looking for a ballpark amount. Thanks for you help.

Pictures would help. Also, your location. 805? Ventura County CA, maybe? Would be worth more than $1000 in parts alone depending on what parts are on it in good condition. If you want to sell it TODAY, yes you can get $500-$1000 for it.

Thanks guys, I guess at those estimated prices it forces the decision to get the damn thing running. Yes, in Ventura County, Thousand Oaks to be exact. Will probably find some place to get it running if I can't figure it out after a few more days. Thanks again.
