Hello all I am looking for some advice I got all my fuel lines from tank properly hooked back up to the fuel separator. I know that this line I have arrowed runs from the charcoal canister to the carb float bowl but I think I’m missing a nipple unless I should put one on the arrow I have on the bottom of the carb it is threaded. Looking to see if this mysterious carb from a previous owner is compatible or if I should get a new one.

that might be the one that goes to the vacuum port on the stock carb insulator which looks like you don't have

Your aftermarket carb does not have a fuel bowl vent that is required for the hose. You will need to swap the lid of the carb for a genuine Aisan carb with vent for it to function as a fuel bowl vent.
If you want to go that route, I've got a spare lid laying around I believe.

Yes lids are interchangeable from 70-92 but there are variations which requires understanding how to use factory parts to adapt
