Vacuum actuator question

I pulled this off my old transfer case so I could clean it up and install it on the rebulit transfer case. while it's off about should I do anything to it?

Good question. I just got my 71 going and the vacuum transfer still works. Been wondering though, if they ever need rebuilt.
