I have what I am told is a good 3 speed out of an FJ40. $350 obo. Seems to shift fine on my garage floor. I also have a three speed transfer case that is not attached and needs a rebuild. I’d throw that in for free.

Given the known weaknesses of the 3speed trans, you will need to take the cover off, assess and photograph the worst teeth on the first gear, counter gear and reverse idler to get anywhere near that price.
