Used Wrong P/S fluid? Steering response sloppy.

I'm an idiot...?
Stopped at Chevron and grabbed this Havoline Power Steering fluid.
In the past I swear the Havoline was Dex II compatible. Filled the power steering reservoir with this Havoline PS Fluid (photo attached)
Now the steering wheel has massive play; it turns nearly 360° around to make a hard right turn.
No noise.
Just very screwy feeling.

To do: Fush and refill the system with the proper ATF to make this right? I'm mortified.

Maybe it wore out the tired seals on the pump and rack?

complete drain and fill might as well try can't hurt it further if so

Yeah flush it, fill it, and drive it. If your pump doesn't scream at you and it doesn't leak, then roll with it.
