Used Wrong P/S fluid? Steering response sloppy.

I'm an idiot.
Stopped at Chevron and grabbed this Havoline Power Steering fluid while on a road trip.
In the past I could have sworn the Havoline was Dex II compatible. Filled the power steering reservoir with this Havoline PS Fluid (photo attached)
Now the 100's steering is loose. The steering wheel turns nearly 360° around to make a hard right turn.
No noise.
Just very screwy feeling.

Do I just flush and refill the system with the proper ATF to make this right? I'm so mortified.

Did it kill the pump?

complete drain and fill might as well try can't hurt it further if so
