We are also starting to really dive in on adding information from our application and engineering guides to the website. For example you will start seeing seal dimensions, bearing dimensions, thread diameter/pitch, tooth counts, more and more spline counts, etc. We have a full-time mechanical engineer (that isn't me

) that splits his time between projects including new parts, technical data on existing parts and QC of incoming parts. We are fortunate to have a set of keys to the LCHM to help with product fitment and retrofit questions. We just need more days in a week

No harm at all. Phase one is getting all of our products on the website which we are well on our way. Phase two is fixing the search issues we have. They are actively working on both and I hope we see some big changes there soon. In the meantime, you're always welcome to shoot us a contact via the website, email or phone and they can put a comprehensive shopping list together for you to browse through. Far from perfect system at current and we absolutely recognize the needs to fix it and are working to do so!

The issue is more prevelent on older additions (i.e. the early stuff we put on the site). It should be improving with the new stuff and new site updates.

For example, I just had to click a quick box to fix the caliper issue

Today I had a very low friction - positive experience - placing my order. 16 items, basket saved well across a couple of days of search, then a final quick call to confirm a D bushing selection from the 2 types available. Shipping options and instructions were clear. Very good work @cruiseroutfit and team.
