Well damn it. I went to Costco to grab some 5w30 and it’s up to $57.99. Almost up $20 from last week.

Almost had a heart attack; then I remembered I still have 3 boxes (30 qts) from the last time it was on "special."

Since FCP Euro focuses on he European brands, I’m guessing they’re banking on most owners not doing their own services (which would require the shop helping recollect oil) and/or people going through the hassle of doing return process.

You can do that with other products too. People were doing that with the expensive Porsche engine mounts..
FCP is super popular with the BMW/Porsche crowd.

Website says “customer is responsible” for return shipping, which can get annoying / pricey depending on where you are.
